Terms & conditions: gift certificates

• A gift certificate can be purchased by submitting the completed form on the website and full payment through PayPal, using the button on the bottom of the form.

• Any amount starting from $50.00 can be given, and certificates can be used as full or partial payment of a Cucinamore Party.

• Paid for Gift certificates are dated and numbered, and expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

• They are not refundable.

• Gift certificates cannot be transferred or resold.

• Gift Certificates purchased through our Website are delivered by email. A paper version can be sent by First Class mail, if specifically requested. 

• Our Gift Certificates must be redeemed for a Cucinamore Party only, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Party will be booked submitting a request on the website, and the person submitting the reservation will be subject to the general Terms and Conditions, provided on the page.

• Balance for the party booked, if any, will be settled directly by the person submitting the reservation.

• When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the delivery address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.

• We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
