Our party formula is meant to be a unique and memorable experience for small groups of people, and unless differently stated, the options on this page suit groups up to 15 people best.

We can coordinate with you the right menu for parties up to 25 participants.

All your food is prepared and cooked on site, exclusively for you and right before your eyes, unlike what happens when you hire a caterer. For this reason, every course is brought out as soon as ready and there is some waiting time to be expected during the evening.

We proudly use organic and local ingredients. Some of them are sourced from our favorite local farmers and small food businesses.

Our events are priced per person, with a minimum charge equal to 6 participants, with the exception of our couple special offering applicable Monday through Thursday (see bottom of page).

We do not provide drinks for our events, but we can help you choose the right pairing, if interested. We invite you to visit our friend Giacomo at GVino Enoteca in Leesburg. We share with him the same background and passion (he’s an Italian expat, just like our chef) and with his extensive expertise in Italian wines and a small boutique-like fine wine store, Giacomo can guide you in the purchase of very fairly priced true Italian gems to pair with your special meal!

Menu choice is meant to apply to the entire group.

Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options are available upon request. We are happy to provide small adjustments to our dishes, when possible, to meet individual participant’s dietary needs or preferences, but specific restrictions MUST apply to all participants whenever accidental cross contamination can cause serious health consequences to any participant. 

The pictures below are meant to give you an idea of the finished dishes. Results might be different at every party.

We make occasional changes according to the season and our inspirations, so come back and see what's new, every now and then!

MENU OPTIONS

All of our dinners are served with artisanal bread and homemade herbed oil.

Our pasta entrées are made with high-quality store-bought pasta, with the exception of the "TRIBUTE TO TRADITIONAL HOMEMADE PASTA" option: in that case we make the pasta from scratch as well.

Love appetizers? Add a second one at a charge of $8 per person ($12 for the Chef's Tray)

- Vol-au-vent with Prosciutto and Stracchino* cheese – delicious puff pastry shell that holds a tasty and creamy treasure, finished with a touch of our signature herbed oil (*Stracchino is a fresh cheese that is not always available in store. - “Insalata Rucola e Grana” – Arugula & Baby Spinach salad, tossed in Extra Virgin and Balsamic, topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano

It does not matter what day of the week it is: with this menu it’ll always be a happy Sunday, eating at grandma’s house!

NOTE: Lasagne have a longer prepping and cooking process than the other dishes we generally offer. When this menu is chosen, please expect a longer wait before the entrée is served.

- Chef’s Tray: Not your usual charcuterie board! A trio of less known Italian Cold Cuts, paired with Cannellini Bean Spread and our Homemade Herbed oil. Served with Artisanal Bread.

The most tender cuts of beef, prepared in the traditional form called “Straccetti” (“Rags”) because of its irregular bite-size shape

-  Puffy Mini-Pizzette with Italian Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella : Delicious bite-size appetizer, a variation on the most classic pizza Margherita

 -  Pasta with Fresh Herbs, Cheese, and “Granella di Pistacchi” (crushed roasted and salted pistachios): The aroma of a Summer Italian garden, the richness of good Parmigiano Reggiano, and a crunchy finish
